Apprenticeship Curriculum Specialist

Located in Totton College, Nacro is seeking a skilled Curriculum Manager for Apprenticeships to lead our apprenticeship provision. As a pivotal role within the team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a high-quality apprenticeship curriculum that prepares apprentices for their next steps.
The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering teaching, learning, and assessment to young people in the Further Education and Skills sector. You will possess knowledge of contemporary teaching theory and practice, as well as the Further Education and Skills sector and related funding and regulatory frameworks.
In this role, you will support the development, planning, delivery, and monitoring of Nacro's curriculum to ensure it meets the needs and aspirations of apprentices. Your strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures will be crucial in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of apprentices.
