About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Curriculum Manager to join our Apprenticeships team at Totton College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing high-quality apprenticeship provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a high-quality apprenticeship curriculum that effectively prepares apprentices for their next steps.
  • Shape and influence the apprenticeship offer to ensure it develops apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behavior.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in delivering or leading teaching, learning, and assessment in the Further Education and Skills sector. You will possess strong knowledge of contemporary teaching theory and practice, as well as familiarity with quality and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements
  • English and mathematics qualifications at level 2 or above.
  • Significant experience in delivering or leading teaching, learning, and assessment in the Further Education and Skills sector.
  • Knowledge and application of contemporary teaching theory and practice.
What We Offer

We offer a supportive and experienced staff on site to assist with training, development, and mentoring. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
