We're seeking a skilled Curriculum Developer to join our team. As part of the Academy team, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create dynamic, impactful learning experiences that align with our commitment to train and develop the tech superstars of the future.

Key Responsibilities:

* Connect client demand to curriculum content by working with the Training Lead and commercial counterparts*
* Establish technical frameworks for pathways, focusing on content and maintenance, in collaboration with the Training Lead*
* Keep the Academy team, commercial counterparts, and La Fosse business up to date with curriculum upgrades*
* Stay up to date with industry standards and new developments to keep our curriculum current*

Deliver and Create Curriculum Content:

* Develop end-to-end curriculum content*
* Act as a secondary Senior Trainer to support cohorts and train as necessary*
* Work with the Training Lead to develop more advanced resources for students looking to upskill post-course*
* Train and manage delivery contractors and support with monitoring work*
* Teach Deep Dives in a given area*
* Develop a comprehensive training framework to ensure the team upskills continuously and implement it across the team*

Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience in a technical role*
* Experience teaching, leading on others' learning, or curriculum design*
* Excellent written and communication skills with a love for presenting to others and delivering content*
* A love for working with people from diverse backgrounds*
* A desire to lead themselves and work autonomously and a willingness to drive for constant improvement*
* A clear desire to support students throughout their journey with La Fosse Academy*
* A love of keeping up to date with the latest trends in teaching and technology and the desire to build projects to be incorporated into the curriculum*
