Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a key member of our curriculum development team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging educational content for Mathematics and English Functional Skills qualifications at Levels 1 and 2.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering teaching and learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles and needs;
  • Providing effective onsite and remote teaching support to learners;
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to quality assurance and risk management protocols;
  • Contributing to the development of innovative delivery models for Functional Skills;

You will be working closely with our team of experts to develop and implement effective curriculum design and delivery strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or DTLLS);
  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics;
  • Experience in delivering Functional Skills (English and Mathematics) up to Level 2;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills;
