Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Learning: Effective planning and delivery of educational programmes within designated curriculum areas.
- Safeguarding: Demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
- Team Management: Effective management and supervision of team members, including volunteers, students, and visitors.
- Certification: A Certificate of Education (CertEd) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Qualifications: Level 2 Maths and English qualifications, or a willingness to enrol on the internal functional skills course within the first year of employment.
- Experience: Recent Outstanding/Good teaching experience with students with special needs.
This is a full-time position, requiring 36 hours per week, all year round (39 working weeks). The salary range is £35,425 - £46,143 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance.
