We are seeking an Academic Curriculum Developer to join our team. This role will involve developing comprehensive training modules that cover technical product knowledge, regulatory frameworks, and soft skills, working closely with experienced caseworkers, subject matter experts, and other L&D professionals to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training modules that cover technical product knowledge, regulatory frameworks, and soft skills.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and experienced caseworkers to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating training materials to ensure they reflect current best practices, legal requirements, and the latest industry developments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Competency in using various training tools and technologies, including virtual learning platforms
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Salary

£43,000 per annum, plus benefits.
