Wayman Group is partnering with a dynamic primary school in West London to find an ambitious and emotionally intelligent Year 3 Teacher.
The students are diligent, empathetic, curious, and imaginative, and the staff strive to cultivate well-rounded, confident pupils through a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote social and emotional development of children transitioning to Key Stage 2, fostering teamwork and creating conducive learning atmosphere.
- Deliver Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of students while tailoring instruction to meet individual needs, capitalizing on strengths, and addressing weaknesses.
- Cultivate writing skills by guiding students to create engaging stories, develop characters, and design settings.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide occasional reports to parents.
- This is a 2-form entry school situated in a desirable residential area of West London.
- In addition to academic excellence, the school aims to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through its nurturing pastoral environment.
- Hold relevant qualifications (preferably experienced teachers).
- Possess experience teaching Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrate confidence to lead a class, manage behaviour according to school policies, and take initiative from the outset.
