Lead Curriculum Developer

We are seeking an innovative and experienced leader to drive curriculum development and implementation across the Fashion Retail Academy, London College of Beauty Therapy, and Apprenticeships.

This role requires a strong understanding of post-16 education policies and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum strategies to enhance student outcomes
  • Lead programme managers and staff to achieve academic excellence
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance
Requirements:
  • PGCE and degree within the subject area
  • Proven success in leading large English or Maths departments
  • Exceptional knowledge of subject areas and post-16 education policies
  • Motivational leadership and interpersonal skills

Salary: £58,000 - £63,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
