About the Role

This permanent position involves leading the development and implementation of our school's curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students. As a Curriculum Lead, you will be responsible for collaborating with teachers and other staff members to design engaging lesson plans and assessments that promote student learning.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in driving academic excellence.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the school's curriculum, aligning it with national standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to design high-quality lesson plans and assessments.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed about student progress and curriculum developments.
Requirements
  • QTS, PGCE, or equivalent qualifications in Primary Education.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational leadership principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
