Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Curriculum for Business, IT and Computing to lead our subject area and drive academic excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum that meets the needs of all students and supports their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all students and supports their academic and personal growth.
  • Lead the subject area team and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Monitor student progress and development in the subject area and identify areas for improvement.

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a Performance and Loyalty Bonus, Pension Scheme with generous employer contributions, and many other benefits.
