With an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our community by driving quality and excellence in adult education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage curriculum and quality assurance to deliver a high-quality, responsive, and innovative learning offer that aligns with key council priorities like Opportunity Haringey.
  • Oversee curriculum planning, reviews, and delivery, ensuring the programs meet funding requirements and offer value for money.
  • Act as the lead IQA across subject sectors in your curriculum area, evaluating the quality of education and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Conduct evaluations of teaching, learning, and assessment, including observations, deep dives, learning walks, and themed drop-ins.

We're looking for a proven leader in curriculum management, with expertise in either ESOL & Wellbeing or Functional & Digital Skills & Career Development. The successful candidate will have experience in quality assurance and the ability to meet funding and council priorities.
