Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Director SEND to lead the development and implementation of high-quality curricula for students with special educational needs.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading the development of new learning initiatives and programs for students with SEND, collaborating with lecturers and support staff to ensure curriculum delivery meets student needs. You will also maintain strong relationships with external schools and agencies to secure learner intake.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of leadership and management in education, with experience working with students with SEND. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

About Us:

We are a post-16 London college consortium offering specialist learning opportunities for young people aged 16 to 25 with complex needs. Our Enfield centre provides a vocational education tailored to the unique needs of its learners, supported by a dedicated and experienced management and staff team.

Salary: £190 - £230 per day
