Apprenticeship Evaluation Specialist

Join our team of experts as we seek an experienced end-point assessor to evaluate candidates' performance in our apprenticeships programme.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and relevant experience in Supply Chain Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating candidates' performance against published criteria, using industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintaining accurate records, adhering to Pearson's quality assurance protocols, and reporting any risks or issues encountered during the evaluation process.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements through ongoing CPD.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Supply Chain Practitioner within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
