At Pearson, we are seeking a highly skilled Apprenticeship Evaluator to join our team. As an evaluator, you will play a critical role in assessing the performance of apprentices in a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Installer role, ensuring they meet the required Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviour (KSBs).

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of the occupation or sector to at least occupational level 2 gained in the last 3 years. They will also have knowledge and understanding of the Dual Fuel Smart Meter Installer apprenticeship standard.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 per annum, depending on location. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading education company that values innovation, excellence, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in regular training and standardisation activities
  • Maintain and provide evidence of ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
  • Assess candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria
  • Follow Pearson's specifications and quality assurance protocols
  • Maintain service-level agreements regarding EPA planning and submission of assessment outcomes
  • Report risks and issues encountered during the End-point Assessment to Pearson
  • Ensure high-quality EPA reports and assessment evidence are recorded accurately
