Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Training Manager

Annual Salary: £43,000 - £47,000 + attractive benefits package


LDN Apprenticeships seeks an experienced Corporate Responsibility Professional to fill a critical role as a Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Training Manager. As part of our esteemed team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and development opportunities for apprentices.


In this vital position, you will support Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprentices in achieving their full potential. Your expertise will enable you to deliver effective coaching and mentoring, guiding apprentices through the learning process and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge.


  • Develop and implement tailored training programmes for apprentices, addressing specific needs and areas of growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers, keeping them informed about apprentice progress and achievements.
  • Promote a culture of excellence within the organization, adhering to quality procedures and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Requirements:


  • Extensive experience in Corporate Responsibility, preferably in a management or leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of the Corporate Responsibility landscape and modern CR strategies.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of developing others.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to use relevant software and systems.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional training and fostering a positive, supportive learning environment.
