Relationship Development Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Account Manager to join our successful Sales Team at LDN Apprenticeships. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients, focusing on account retention, growth, and maximising client satisfaction.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand LDN's presence within each client and recommending relevant apprenticeship programmes.
- Using our CRM system, you will provide insights into revenue growth driven by account development, account status and pipeline forecasts.
- You will gather, analyse, and present data on the impact of LDN's apprenticeships within client organisations.
- Developing detailed, strategic account plans is a key part of this role, outlining objectives, growth opportunities, and engagement tactics for each key client.
