Relationship Development Executive

Hire Space is a leading event space provider seeking a Relationship Development Executive to join our team. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients, increasing revenue, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth.
You will work closely with our CRM and Business Development functions to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients. In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package, including a base salary of up to £30,000-£32,000 and monthly uncapped commission. You will also benefit from enhanced company pension contributions, Level 3 Medicash Health Plan, and access to wellbeing initiatives such as Juno and mental health coaching.
