Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 per annum

Job Description:

In this role, you will work as part of our team to assist in the day-to-day management of IT systems, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues. You will have the opportunity to develop key skills and knowledge in areas such as security processes, service level agreements, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of IT systems
  • Provide technical support for internal and external stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Work closely with the IT team to upgrade and maintain systems

Requirements:

  • Grade 4 in maths and 5 in English
  • Possess a passion for technology and problem-solving
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services
  • Be willing to learn and take on new challenges
