About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Development Specialist to join our team at the LMP Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeships across various business skills areas.

Your primary focus will be on assessing learners in a work-based setting, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their full potential. You will also contribute to the development of new apprenticeship programs, working closely with employers and industry stakeholders to design training solutions that meet their needs.

With a strong background in education and training, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build trusting relationships with learners and stakeholders alike. Your ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively, is essential in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 28 days' holiday, private healthcare, and life insurance.

About You

  • Hold a Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or equivalent
  • Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Possess relevant industry qualifications and certifications, such as TAQA Assessors and IQA
  • Have at least five years' experience in education, with a proven track record of successful outcomes
  • Be familiar with e-portfolio systems and functional skills qualifications
