Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled individual with excellent organizational and administrative abilities to manage apprenticeships in our STEP Construction program. The successful candidate will work closely with our Curriculum Team to deliver high-quality programs and support collaboration with our Group Apprenticeship Team Leader and Apprenticeship Administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Coordinate the sign-up process for apprenticeships, ensuring accuracy and compliance of paperwork.">
  3. Monitor apprenticeship standards and programs, taking responsibility for the apprenticeship journey and achieving outstanding timely completions.">
  4. Support improved performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies.">
  5. Liaise and support curriculum with operational leadership and management of apprenticeship provision, ensuring good people and resource management practices.">

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
