We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Technical Operator Apprentice at ENGINEERINGUK.

Overview

As a leading engineering firm, we offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in broadcast and media systems. Our apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our technical teams in the operation and maintenance of broadcasting equipment. This will include camera operations, floor management, TV vision mixing, sound operations, technical directing, shoot and edit multi-skilled operator, picture and audio editing, ingest and library functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of broadcasting equipment.
  • Gain experience in camera operations, floor management, TV vision mixing, sound operations, technical directing, shoot and edit multi-skilled operator, picture and audio editing, ingest and library functions.
Requirements:
  • Aged 18 or over when the apprenticeship starts.
  • Lived in the UK or EEA for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Eligible to work in the UK full time for the duration of the apprenticeship contract.
  • Not currently taking part in an apprenticeship scheme supported by another organisation.
