Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Library Services Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Cultural Services team, you will play a vital role in managing our library services and ensuring their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver public library services with a keen financial awareness and knowledge of funding sources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase usage figures and improve service delivery.
  • Lead a team of library branch Team Leaders and other library services officers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Cultural Services Manager to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of management and delivery of public library services.
  • A keen financial awareness and knowledge of funding sources.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
