Streetscene Service Manager

Job Description:
">The Housing Policy Lead will lead a team of operatives, squad leaders, and shift planners in daily frontline services such as street cleansing and grounds maintenance. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.

- Oversight of the work programme relating to Service Level Agreements for Housing and the Leisure Trust">
- Leadership and management of a team of operatives, squad leaders, and shift planners">
- Ensuring successful delivery of a high standard of team performance & productivity">
- Working using your own initiative, planning and prioritising workload">
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and council policies & procedures">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To succeed in this role, you will need a horticultural or Neighbourhood Services background, proven experience of leading, supporting, and encouraging a frontline team, experience of working with grounds maintenance plant and associated equipment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a full driving licence.

">The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also receive a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a contributory pension scheme.
