Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Motoring Centre in Kirkintilloch. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role with a full-time permanent position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve business objectives
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum
- An annual bonus of £7,100
