Job Description:

We are seeking an Independent Living Facilitator to join our team at Deafblind Scotland. As an Independent Living Facilitator, you will work with our deafblind clients, supporting them in their daily lives. Your main responsibilities will include attending meetings with our clients, operations manager, and funding agencies, as well as maintaining proper record-keeping. You will also be responsible for assessing and managing risk, ensuring that our services are delivered safely and effectively.

Key Requirements:

* Experience working with vulnerable adults
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Full driving licence

Benefits:

As a member of our team, you will receive competitive pay, 29 days annual leave (pro-rata for part time), and inclusive of 8 statutory days. The estimated salary for this position is around £23,000 per annum.
