Job Overview

About the Role

This is a full-time position with the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day working week, accommodating to your lifestyle and shift patterns that adapt based on your chosen week structure. Embrace a 1 in 5 Saturday Rota from 8:30am to 12pm, with no out-of-hours commitments. We welcome applicants looking for part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
  • Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
