About the Role

People Solutions is currently recruiting for a Senior Team Member to join our Motoring Centre team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, developing and implementing effective operational strategies, and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional service.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, plus a bonus of £7,100.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality service to clients
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
