Subway Brand Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team as a Sandwich Artist at Pick for Britain.

As a Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality Subway sandwiches, meeting and greeting guests, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a winning attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food preparation, retail sales, and/or customer service. However, full training and support will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality Subway sandwiches
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Complying with Health & Safety and Audit standards
• Operating the till efficiently
• Monitoring stock levels and managing inventory
• Checking in deliveries and maintaining accurate records
• Performing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Following security and safety procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales, and/or customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
