To be successful in this role, you will need:
- SQF Level 9 Children and Young People qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience at Assistant Manager level or 4 years' experience with a supervisory role and related experience.
- Leadership and motivational skills, with a wide knowledge of the needs of children and young people.
- Working knowledge of legislation related to child care, including National Care Standards and GIRFEC.
