**Job Summary: Residential Night Care Worker

We are seeking an experienced and skilled care professional to join our team at Ferndale Children's Services. As a Residential Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality residential care to children and young people who require to be looked after away from home.

You will have a strong understanding of the principles of 'Getting It Right For Every Child' and the SHANARRI principles, and will be able to work effectively with families, social workers, education, and health professionals to support children and young people to promote welfare and development.

The successful candidate will have:

  • HNC Social Care qualification or equivalent
  • Full SVQ 3 in Social Care registration with the Scottish Social Services Council
