East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Community Warden on a permanent basis.

In this position, you will be responsible for enforcing parking restrictions, environmental incivilities, and investigating local antisocial behavior issues. You will also work closely with local communities, building relationships with the public, colleagues, and local agencies.

Key responsibilities include supporting youth issues and diversionary activities for young people in East Dunbartonshire. To succeed in this role, applicants must possess excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and support teamwork and flexibility.

Applicants must have sound general education, including excellent numerical and literacy skills, and a full current driving license.

A salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.

PVG/Disclosure checks are a requirement for this position, and successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check prior to confirmation of employment.
