">The hourly rate for this position is £13.40 - £15.25 per hour, with the possibility of a bonus scheme. The total annual salary would be approximately £27,591 - £31,348 based on 39 hours worked per week.
">Job Description:
">As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and supervising the provision of quality care for our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating daily care routines and activities to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents;">
- Leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support services;">
- Collaborating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans;">
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns regarding resident care;">
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will require:

- A genuine interest in and experience of working with older adults;">
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels in English;">
- A satisfactory PVG record check;">
- SVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent qualification;">
- The ability to dispense medication and perform basic first aid.">
