Key Responsibilities- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring
- Encourage social interaction and participation in activities
- Document resident care plans and progress
- Diploma or Certificate in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Valid DBS check
- Competitive salary: £23,500 - £26,500 per annum
