In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to residents, supporting them with daily living tasks and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition
  • Participate in resident care planning and goal-setting
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in care work (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid DBS check
