In this pivotal role, you will enable deafblind individuals to thrive in their communities.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional support services to deafblind clients, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including deafblind individuals, families, and community groups.
  • Manage risks associated with daily tasks, ensuring the safety and security of clients and colleagues.
  • Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services that cater to the unique needs of deafblind individuals.
Essential Requirements:
  • Hold a current full driving license.
  • Complete mandatory training within the first year of employment.
Salary and Benefits: Earn an attractive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus 29 days of annual leave (pro-rata for part-time staff) and a range of employee benefits.
