This permanent, full-time position requires 37 hours of work per week with a Monday-to-Friday shift pattern. As a Band 6 Charge Nurse in the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), you will be responsible for clinical leadership, managing Band 5 nurses, and mentoring junior staff. You should have knowledge of low-level psychological therapies.

You will work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and other disciplines, including Social Work and external agencies, to address complex mental health issues. To be eligible, you must have completed First Level Registered Nurse training and hold a valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
