About The RoleTo support our growing business Magdalene are on the lookout for a Network administrator to join our team based in Kirkintilloch, Scotland. You will be part of our Service Delivery Team, responsible for creating customer reports and facilitating meetings required to ensure the smooth running of the service
This role performs a vital part in the services we provide to our client. Customer reports provide the evidence and assurance that Magdalene are delivering what our clients expect and also highlights areas were internal improvements can be made.
**Your duties & responsibilities will be**:
- Retrieval of data from support tools and other areas of the business
- Analysis of all customer data to highlight trends and exceptions
- Development of reports for new contracts and services
- Create and coordinate month end customer reports and ensure that the requirements are adhered to
- Ad hoc report production for relevant stakeholders internally and externally
- Facilitating and attending customer meetings
- Support the preparation for Customer Operational Review Meetings
- Tracking variable costs for supported services
- Tracking usage against contract allocations
- Reporting financial performance internally
- Assist NOC Managers with general administration
- Working with other members of the NOC to ensure new services are on-boarded correctly and effectively
**Essential Skills & Knowledge Requirements**:
- The ability to write clearly and concisely
- Previous experience of Customer Reporting
- Strong Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Competent with the use of all Microsoft Office programmes, especially Excel
- Prioritisation and management of own time, especially during peak reporting periods
