About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and caring individual who can deliver exceptional care services. This includes providing emotional support to residents and their families, understanding communication needs, and adapting your approach to meet each individual's requirements.
Responsibilities- Deliver quality personal care to residents, including supporting daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene
- Understand and adapt communication approaches to meet individual needs
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with significant people in residents' lives, such as friends and family
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and hard-working with a passion for delivering exceptional care services
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- A positive attitude with a sense of humour
- Competitive salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
