We are currently recruiting for an experienced individual to join our Managed Services team as a Service Delivery Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administration tasks, including the delivery of orders, logging of fault incidents, and following through to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working within a telecoms managed service provider and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. They will also have experience in managing faults, communicating with carriers, and working to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provisioning of fixed line install and transfers of PSTN, ISDN2, ISDN30, data connectivity, ADSL, FTTC, and FTTP as well as Inbound and outbound voice products, IP telephony, and hosted telephony.
  • Placing customer orders and liaising with customers and network providers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services.
  • Aptitude to manage fault incidents from first-line support through to resolution, logging to carriers, and bringing to resolution within service level agreements while providing regular customer updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working within a telecoms managed service provider.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a managed service role.
  • Experience in managing faults, communicating with carriers, and working to SLAs.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
