We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Manager to join our team at Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in the UK&I region.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will involve developing and executing comprehensive alliance GTM strategies to drive mutual business growth with key partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, alliance partner managers, and account executives.
  • Organize and manage events, driving attendance to webinars, seminars, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Work closely with the UK&I sales team, Merkle solutions, strategy, and practice leaders to define and position vertical-specific Go-To-Market Salesforce propositions.
  • Accumulate the latest trends and developments in alliance partner technology and digital marketing through an inquisitive and self-motivated approach.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of business development/consultative sales experience in digital/CX agency, CRM, and/or commerce technology or tech recruitment space.
