Salesforce Alliance Development Manager

This Salesforce Alliance Development Manager role involves building and driving relationships with OSF's partners to drive revenue and customer success. The successful candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strong, lucrative, and positive relationships and revenues with OSF partners.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and expand existing partner relationships as well as seek out new ones in line with Marketing and Sales strategy;
- Develop and coordinate joint marketing plans with Salesforce and ensure their successful execution;
- Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the partners' teams;
- Work with marketing field team on initiatives that involve partners;
- Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement;
- Identify opportunities through partners and bring them into the sales pipeline;
- Meet assigned targets for KPIs;
$140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships;
- Excellent business acumen skills, including ability to quickly ascertain and build relationships with key decision makers internally and externally;
- Sound written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams;
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through marketing, partnerships, and customer relationships.
