Overview of the Role:

Salesforce is seeking a skilled Mid-Market Account Executive who can sell technology solutions and value-based sales strategies. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their challenges and goals, and collaborating with product specialists to evangelize solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience
  • Territory & Account Planning Strategies: Create plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying prospects and opportunities
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers using various communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom)
  • Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success
  • Sales Methodology education
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
