Salesforce Success Expert

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving business value and accelerating customer adoption of our platform.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business challenges, and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handovers and ongoing support to our customers.
You will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products and platforms, as well as excellent consulting skills and the ability to drive effective conversations at the C-level. Your experience in one or more lines of business (LoBs) and a specific cloud or industry will enable you to speak the customer language and ensure customer value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive adoption paths showing current state, target future state, and underlying enablement plans
- Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance, and organizational change standard processes based on customer needs
- Proactively identify risks to customers achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build risk mitigation plans
