Salesforce Executive Manager

As an Account Director at Salesforce, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Financial Services vertical. You will be part of a high-performing team that sells the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to large enterprises and financial institutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet or exceed sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Strong account planning strategies skills, with the ability to create and execute effective account plans to retain and grow ACV (Actual Contract Value) with existing accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools.
We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more.
