Job Summary

The Salesforce Success team is seeking a skilled Sales professional to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a Signature Success Solution Engineer (SE), collaborating with the Salesforce License and Signature Success plans sales teams to execute our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the success of one of Salesforce's fastest-growing offerings, Signature Success Plans, which deliver proactive and personalized customer success experiences. Your primary focus will be on driving Signature Success revenue growth, providing subject matter expertise, and increasing attach rates through effective collaboration with the field sales team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue and bid margin targets for Signature Success plans by working closely with the sales teams to develop compelling use cases that meet customers' business requirements.
  • Program Enablement: Support program-level enablement with CSG and sales teams to effectively position and sell Signature Success plans.
  • Internal Community Management: Manage internal Slack Signature communities to share information and best practices across sales teams.
  • Evaluation Evangelism: Evangelize Signature Success plans both internally and externally.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various parts of the organization, including core account executives, specialist license sales, Sales Productivity, Marketing, CSG Regional Leaders, Technical Support, and Offer Management.
  • Pipeline Progression: Facilitate qualification, solution fit, pipeline progression, deal cycle participation, account reviews, and value assessments.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a cross-cloud Signature Success plans subject matter expert and strategist to our sales teams.
  • Product Feedback: Provide product feedback to Offer Management based upon active field sales engagement.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: A degree or equivalent proven experience required, evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role.
  • Technical Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Presales/Solution Consulting, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated track record of self-starting, risk-taking, and ability to influence without authority.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
