Rackspace Technology is a global leader in end-to-end hybrid, multicloud, and AI solutions. We're seeking an experienced EMEA Alliance Program Manager to develop and lead our Alliance marketing planning and execution for EMEA region. This role is responsible for driving mutually beneficial demand and pipeline for our alliance hyperscale cloud partners through successful marketing programs and campaigns.

As an EMEA Alliance Program Manager at Rackspace, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with field marketing roles, campaigns and digital roles, Alliance Partner Managers, and hyperscale partner marketing people to plan, execute, and track marketing activities.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for developing and executing EMEA Rackspace/Alliance marketing strategy, planning, enabling, monitoring, and reporting of collaborative marketing programs and campaigns designed to achieve mutual business objectives.
  • Provides clear visibility into marketing performance of alliance programs and campaigns and key factors influencing those results via regular review cadence.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required (MBA is a plus).
  • At least 5 years' experience managing revenue-generating Marketing programs and strategies within the tech/cloud industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to make impactful decisions and handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines.
