Job Description:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews
- Provide administrative support to the HR function, including data entry, report generation, and document management
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the Bradford Factor is essential
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is around £33,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding role in human resources.
