About the Role

This Trainee Operations Administrator position at Kidderminster College involves managing day-to-day national facility operations, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining accurate records.

Main Tasks:
  • Set up projects electronically and in hard copy, adhering to established procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant parties regarding correspondence and company documentation.
  • Address site-related issues promptly and resolve them efficiently.
  • Verify client and supplier communications in writing daily.
  • Organize electronic filing systems for relevant documentation and correspondence.
