Job Overview

Kidderminster College is a leading provider of risk management and fraud investigation services seeking a highly skilled Trainee Operations Administrator to manage day-to-day national facility operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish project setups electronically and in hard copy, ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Maintain accurate data trails for all correspondence and company documentation, communicating with relevant parties as needed.
  • Respond promptly to and resolve site-related issues.
  • Confirm all client and supplier communications in writing on the same day.
  • Electronically file relevant documentation and correspondence in project folders.
Training and Career Progression:

You will attend Kidderminster College one day a week to achieve your Business Administrator Standard and receive off-the-job training. This apprenticeship offers potential for advancement to Operations Coordinator or other roles within the business.

Working Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £14,430 per annum.
