Role Overview
Hewett Recruitment, a reputable Estate Agency in Worcestershire, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator/Receptionist to support our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Evaluate client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with solicitors, vendors, buyers and other relevant parties.
- Assist in negotiating deals and progressing sales.
- Communicate effectively with financial experts and mortgage providers.
- Manage administrative tasks such as writing letters and sending emails.
- Contribute to the entire sales process from initial engagement to completion.
- Coordinate property viewings and confirm offers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in Estate Agency would be advantageous.
- Strong administration skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dedicated and flexible individual.
Working Hours and Salary
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with every other Saturday 9am to 12pm. The annual salary is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on your level of experience.
